In 2002, Directors Peter Mason and Roger Gribble formed Ducon Pty Ltd. They both had the same goal – to deliver a quality product to the local building market. Peter and Roger have between them over 25 years hands on experience in the construction industry, managing many types of projects of varying size, type and complexity.
Ducon is a medium sized, Victoria based construction company that offers construction services in the following areas:
Ducon has the organisational structure and associated resources which can comfortably handle multiple concurrent projects, as well as successfully manage important site issues such as Occupational Health and Safety, industrial relations, quality control, documentation and design control, subcontractor performance etc to ensure the success of a project.
