OUR PEOPLE
Peter Mason: Peter Mason started his career as an apprentice carpenter and was soon identified as someone with management ability when he was appointed as a foreman before he ‘finished his time’. Peter has subsequently managed a wide range of projects for major private and institutional clients before joining with Roger as founder of Ducon and thereafter, managing the on-site operations of the business.
Roger Gribble: Roger Gribble has both Melbourne University Civil Engineering and Building qualifications, and has since had extensive and diverse experience in Contract Administration and Project Management. His skills and background are complementary to Peter’s and form the basis of a very successful management team for a building company.
Ducon Maintenance is headed by John Fivet who has had twenty years specialising in this range of building services.
