About Ducon
In August 2002, Directors Peter Mason and Roger Gribble formed
Ducon Pty Ltd. They had common ideas and goals; to deliver a quality
product that they will be proud to call a Ducon project. Peter and
Roger have between them over 25 years hands on experience in the
construction industry, managing many types of projects of varying
size, type and complexity.
Ducon is a small to medium sized construction company with an organisational
structure and associated resources which can comfortably handle multiple
concurrent projects as well as successfully manage important site
issues such as Occupational Health and Safety, industrial relations,
quality control, documentation & design control, subcontractor
performance etc to ensure the success of a project.
MISSION To produce quality building projects efficiently, safely and cost
effectively that meet and exceed both Ducon’s and the clients
expectations. Provide security of employment, job satisfaction
and a vibrant and safe working environment for our employees and
subcontractors. Co-operate and communicate effectively with all
parties involved in the building process.

Roger Gribble: Roger Gribble has both Civil Engineering and
Building qualifications via Melbourne University, and has since had
extensive and diverse experience in Contract Administration and Project
Management. His skills and background are complementary to Peter’s
and form the basis of a very successful management team for a building
company.
Peter Mason: Peter Mason started his career as an apprentice
carpenter and was soon identified as someone with management ability
when he was appointed as a foreman before he ‘finished his
time’. Peter has subsequently managed a wide range of projects
for major private and institutional clients before joining with Roger
to found and manage the on-site operations of Ducon.
Ducon Resources: Ducon has a skilled, professional
and energetic team of site and office based employees and subcontractors
to ensure the projects undertaken are well managed and completed
successfully and efficiently.
Ducon take the continuing professional development of staff seriously
to ensure that each project is approached with and innovative, flexible ‘can
do’ attitude to safely solve the inevitable challenges that
each new project brings. |
