Corio Police Station office fit-out works were completed over a two-staged modification approach to ensure the facility always remained operational, whilst works were undertaken.

Stage 1 involved the modification and new fit-out of the WRCS, tea points, gymnasium and female locker rooms.

Stage 2 involved the modification and new fit-out of the administration area, uniform muster, new female bathroom amenities and modification/refurbishment to the existing male bathroom and amenities. Works included demolition, structural concrete slabs, mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fire, security, data, carpentry, floor finishes & new office furniture supply and installation.
